Eileen LaPenta has over 20 years of experience in the trade show and design industries. As a Woman Owned Business, Grapevine Visual Concepts, Inc. has grown every year since its inception in 1997, allowing for an ever-increasing range of products and services for our clients. As a hands-on leader and skilled strategist, Eileen is directly involved in the planning and management of the overall development and vision of her company.
Tom McAndrews
Senior Account Executive
Tom has been a part of Grapevine Visual Concepts for over 10 years, working on major accounts in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. Prior to Grapevine, he held management positions in the IT industry before landing his current opportunity. He counts the many friendships made with his clients as one of the greatest benefits of his job.
Dan GordonSales Account Executive
Dan is the Sales Account Executive for the Bucks County and NE Philadelphia area. He has been with Grapevine for over 5 years. Previously held positions in Project Management and as an I & D Supervisor, traveling with our clients' exhibits developing his knowledge of all aspects of the exhibiting process. He looks forward to using his knowledge to help develop the best tradeshow experience possible for all his clients.

As the VP of Sales and Marketing at Grapevine Visual Concepts, I bring over 20 years of experience and offer our clients expertise and diversity to develop an exhibit program that is truly unique to their brand and marketing efforts. I manage one of the most professional and creative sales and marketing teams in the industry that has a focus on solving our clients marketing and exhibiting needs.
Alex Cibenko
Sales Account Executive
Alex is a Sales Account Executive and is responsible for business development in Chester and Delaware County and the state of Delaware. He has been with Grapevine for over 10 years and has held positions in field and project management. He is a graduate from LaSalle University.

Joe Mallis
Inside Sales Specialist
Joe is an Inside Sales Specialist, who manages the company's Open House & Road Show outreach program in addition to his customer support & sales activities. Joe has over 6 years of sales & e-marketing experience and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He brings focus, enthusiasm, & results to our new business development projects.
Linda La Liberty
Inside Sales Account Coordinator
Linda is an Inside Sales Account Coordinator for the Sales and Marketing Team, focusing on telemarketing and appointment setting. Prior to Grapevine, she worked as a Realtor in the Berks County area. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horses, "Shannon" and "Jesse," and is blessed with two wonderful children, four grandsons, and three granddaughters.

Doug Huber
Design Manager
Doug has been with Grapevine since almost the beginning, over eleven years. After graduating from both Roanoke College and the Art Institute of Philadelphia, he started at Grapevine creating hand-drawn marker renderings and balsa wood scale models. Now, thankfully, both Doug and Grapevine are in the computer age. He is married with two daughters.
Sean Cole
Graphic Designer
Although he spends the majority of his days creating marketing and design solutions for tradeshow displays and events, he is also our internal graphic design guru. Sean is a magician of his craft, a great painter who brings life to a canvas. As our lead creative, "in-juh-noo-i-tist." his job is to communicate ideas to the masses both online and offline. Sean is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, with a degree in Graphic Design.
Dan Robinson
Senior Exhibit Designer
Dan has been with the company for over 8 years. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Industrial Design. Dan's married (sorry ladies) and has a daughter, Abigail. His interests include Origami, Entomology, playing Scrabble and many other very nerdy things...like Lord of the Rings trivia. Fortunately, Dan applies this uber-nerdiness to his designs at Grapevine and comes up with some really innovative solutions.

Colleen Geiger
Project Manager
Colleen manages and coordinates the purchasing of trade show exhibits for the company's sales force. Strengths include research, budget management, rate negotiation and strong organizational skills. She stays current with the ever changing products in the event planning industry.
Katie Palek
Project Manager
Katie has held several positions at Grapevine , currently working as a Project Manager. Her focus is administrating and organizing schedules, ordering display units and the client communication of product previews. Before her tenure at Grapevine, Katie worked for Whitney Works as Operation Manager. She holds a BS degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, married and has an adorable daughter named Hailey.
Stephen Greger
Project Manager
Steve has been with Grapevine for over a year and works in Project Management. When not at Grapevine, Steve enjoys spending time with his two young children and coaching his son in Soccer. He enjoys running and building sand castles with his kids at the Shore during the Summer.
Client Services
Patrick Omara
Client Services
Patrick has been with the company for over 11 years and has traveled throughout the United States and Canada supervising the set-up and dismantle of various exhibits. There are a handful of clients that specifically request him for their trade shows. (Don't ask why, we don't know either.) He currently serves Grapevine Visual Concepts as a Client Services Representative and works with multiple banking clients helping them through the problems they come up against in the industry. Love him or hate him, he's the guy that gets things done when you're in a pinch.
Phil Hicks
Production Manager
Phil has been part of the Grapevine team for over 7 years, managing and supervising the warehouse facility. He oversees the coordination and set-up, as well as the installation and dismantling of exhibits. Before his tenure at Grapevine, he worked for The Dial Corporation for 10 years as Production/Maintenance Supervisor.

Lenore Coombs
General Manager
Lenore is our General Manager who keeps the place running at all times. She started at Grapevine over 6 years ago as Project Manager. Her responsibilities are the daily operations of the Accounting Department and overall operations of the company. She has 20 years experience in Trade Show Management with an international manufacturing company.

Hello. I am the first person you see when you visit Grapevine Visual Concepts and I make sure your visit is a pleasant one as you visit our showroom and facilities. Before coming to Grapevine, I spent 4 years as a General Manager for 3 Dunkin Donuts franchises
Mary Ridgeway
Accounting Supervisor
Mary has been a part of Grapevine Visual Concepts for over 7 years and is in the Accounting department and handles accounts payable, cash flow, job costing and month end preparation. Prior to Grapevine, she worked in a private company for 13 years in Accounting.
