On October 4th, we hosted our Fall Open House at our home base in Southampton. It was an excellent opportunity for us to open the doors to our building and let guests explore all that we at Grapevine Visual Concepts have to offer.

The day was filled with presentations and in-house demos. Here are a few of the products that were featured at our Open House:

Touch-Screen Technology

One of our vendors gave a presentation, along with a Q&A segment, about the advantages of incorporating touch-screen technology into exhibition spaces. An 84” monitor was on display so that guests could walk up and experience the touch-screen technology for themselves.

Digital Signage

In our portable display showroom, experts were brought in to explain the setup and use of digital signage.

Collapsible Literature Rack

Vendors were invited to showcase the latest in portable displays, counters, and literature racks. A collapsible literature rack that folds down for easy transport and setup was the highlight of the evening.

Guests were given a chance to meet with a number of our account executives from our sales and design departments. The Fall Open House allowed for productive conversations centered around individual project and trade-show needs.

Finally, we invited our guests to explore our offices and warehouse space. We opened up our setup area, along with our showroom, which allowed guests to see the breadth of our capabilities. We also opened up in-house carpentry shop where our craftsmen turn custom exhibit dreams into reality.

We want to help you elevate your business, which is why we at Grapevine Visual Concepts not only ship everything to make your booth or exhibit visually and functionally appealing, but we will even set it up for you – so all you have to worry about is getting there and shining for your prospective customers.

For the past 20 years, we’ve continued to expand our capabilities as a full-service exhibit house. Visit our website at www.grapevinevc.com to learn more about how we can help you with custom, rental, and portable exhibits.
