RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cultivating and vetting leads
• Meeting with prospective clients and giving presentations
• Facilitating a smooth process by working with all sales-support departments
• Manage all stages of the selling and closing process
• Some local/remote travel may be required

Bookeeper Accountant

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• BS in Accounting
• Self-starter, independent worker and detail oriented
• Follow formal accounting principles
• Help stay in compliance with all local, state and federal requirements
• Manage debt levels and credit cards
• Ability to read, understand and interpret accounting regulatory requirements
• Must have experience with A/P, A/R, P/R, Billing, Full G/L, Cost Acct.
• Experience Processing Biweekly and Commission Payrolls
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Answers to COO, Owner and Outsourced Accounting Supervision
• Ability to work harmonious with other departments to achieve bottom line improvements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Communication skills are necessary
• QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office experience preferred

• $45,000 – $55,000 annually

Sales Associate

DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Sales Associate includes lead development, quoting and emailing current/ potential clients and scheduling for our Account Executives. This position will provide the opportunity to learn the trade show industry with advancement and growth possibilities available in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing quotes
• Completing paperwork/orders
• Conducting demonstrations
• Documenting client experiences
• Following any changes to completion
• Communicating with clients
• Calling existing and prospective clients
• Working with internal software

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Ability and experience communicating with clients
• Great communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Warehouse Laborer (I&D)

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This individual should have experience in one of the following areas: setting up trade show exhibits and displays; working in a warehouse; shipping and receiving; loading and unloading trucks; as well as a high sense of urgency. We are willing to train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with the office regarding their onsite labor needs
• Represent company in a professional manner
• Keep scheduling and complete paperwork
• Ability to follow procedures on site and at the warehouse
• Be flexible and able to make onsite changes
• Manage the onsite setup and dismantle crew
• Prepare outbound labels/bills of lading from show site
• Work in warehouse when not on the road
• Prepare exhibits to ship, check hardware and tools

Industry or related experience is not required, but HIGHLY valued

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Ability and experience communicating with clients
• Neat, clean, presentable and trustworthy
• Basic ability to use software – Email, phone, camera, apps, etc.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job; long hours, heavy lifting, manual dexterity, mobility
• Great communication skills and the ability to remain calm and pleasant under stress
• Able to travel and work long and odd hours
• Able to work in the warehouse when not on the road
