Business Development Associate

DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Business Development Associate includes lead development, cold-calling, emailing potential clients and appointment setting for our Account Executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivating leads
• Calling and emailing prospective clients
• Facilitating a smooth process by working with Sales Department
• Manage early stages of the selling process
• Provide outstanding customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication skills are necessary
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

Paint Sprayer

DESCRIPTION:

Paint Sprayers are responsible for surface preparation, mixing the correct products to reach desired results, and using spray equipment. This is a full-time opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up and paint trade show exhibit and custom furniture pieces
• Keep to a set schedule
• Complete paperwork
• Follow production shop procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience necessary
• Knowledge of spray equipment and application
• Effectively troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent work attendance

Account Manager

DESCRIPTION:

The Account Manager will act as a liaison on specific projects by coordinating and facilitating information with all internal departments. Also be responsible for the daily tactical activities, affording Account Executives time to invest in building stronger relationships with existing clients and cultivating new clients. Knowledge and experience in the tradeshow industry is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact and communicate directly with client
• Maintain and update internal processes, schedules, and communication
• Schedule and manage account, design and production meetings Manage show service requirements with client services dept.
• Participate as a team player in providing overall value to the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

CAD Detailer

DESCRIPTION:

The role of the CAD Detailer is to generate production-ready CAD drawings based on design concepts. The CAD Detailer will work with the Project Management, Design, and Production Departments to facilitate the creation of any given project, and all specifics that go with that project, documenting dimensions, materials, building techniques, etc. This position will create and prepare set-up instructions and any additional floor-plans, as well as any particulars and call-outs for client sign-off and the production of a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create comprehensive and accurate CAD drawings based on design concepts.  Use experience and Shop Standards to turn designs into reality
• Keep detailed records of builds, including laminates, grain direction, build techniques, hardware used, outsourced items, etc.  Store and organize these files
• Create detailed and accessible set-up instructions
• Produce layout diagrams for submission to show hall
• Prepare crate drawings for production
• Store, manage, and organize all Production files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Have a general knowledge in construction and assembly
• Communication skills are necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with cabinet making software such as Cabinet Vision, is a plus

Exhibit Designer

DESCRIPTION:

The Exhibit Designer creates exhibits, kiosks, corporate interiors, etc. based on information provided by our clients. They strive to create engaging designs that fit within budget constraints as well as the needs of the client. They work with Project Management and Production to ensure a quality product is produced.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually stunning exhibits
• Produce 3-Dimensional computer generated images
• Consult with clients on design requirements
• Collect appropriate background and product information
• Clarify design issues
• Help to negotiate and establish budgets and timelines
• Ensure that projects meet specifications, keep within budget and run to schedule
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and specialists, when proposing a concept
• Attend product update meetings
• Reply to questions from clients directly or through the client representative
• Deliver final work to clients for review
• Maintain awareness of current creative trends and influences

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in Exhibit Design preferred, Industrial/Interior Design
• Creativity and imagination
• Excellent organization and project/time management skills
• Communication and team working skills
• Program proficiency in 3-D modeling, Photoshop & Illustrator, Microsoft Office

Warehouse Laborer

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team.  Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not necessary: setting up trade show exhibits and displays; working in a warehouse; shipping and receiving; loading and unloading trucks; and a high sense of urgency. We are willing to train the right candidate!

• Pack and unpack shipping crates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability and experience communicating with clients
