Exhibit Drafter

DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Exhibit Drafter is to generate production-ready CAD drawings based on design concepts. The Exhibit Drafter will work with the Design and Production Departments to facilitate the creation of any given project, and all specifics that go with that project, documenting dimensions, materials, building techniques, etc. This position will create and prepare set-up instructions and any additional floor-plans, as well as any particulars and call-outs for client sign-off and the production of a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Produce construction drawings for the production and setup teams
  • Create accessible set-up instructions
  • Produce layout diagrams for submission to show hall
  • Store, manage, and organize all Production files
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have experience with assembly-based 3D CAD program
  • Produce accurate well laid out drawings
  • Work with Design and Production teams in a professional manner
  • Produce accurate well laid out drawings, and well maintained electronic files
  • Prefer some experience with AutoCAD
  • Experience with cabinet making software Cabinet Vision is a plus

Administrative/Purchasing Assistant

DESCRIPTION:

Role includes assisting Administrative/Purchasing Assistant team with processing orders, filing, data entry, photographing and adding new inventory to database. Will also assist in processing daily production reports. We are seeking an individual who shares our vision and are ready to grow with us.

This job is full-time between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Must complete on premises. Remote work is not an option.

Warehouse Laborer

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team.  Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not necessary: setting up trade show exhibits and displays; working in a warehouse; shipping and receiving; loading and unloading trucks; and a high sense of urgency. Logistics Manager

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Logistics Manger to join our team. This individual will ensure all trade show exhibits, displays, and kiosks make their way to and from their destination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
  • Manage and develop logistics staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
  • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
  • Strong team player

Paint Sprayers are responsible for surface preparation, mixing the correct products to reach desired results, and using spray equipment. This is a full-time opportunity.

Account Manager

DESCRIPTION:

The Account Manager will act as a liaison on specific projects by coordinating and facilitating information with all internal departments. Also be responsible for the daily tactical activities, affording Account Executives time to invest in building stronger relationships with existing clients and cultivating new clients. Knowledge and experience in the tradeshow industry is preferred.

Exhibit Designer

DESCRIPTION:

The Exhibit Designer creates exhibits, kiosks, corporate interiors, etc. based on information provided by our clients. They strive to create engaging designs that fit within budget constraints as well as the needs of the client. They work with Project Management and Production to ensure a quality product is produced.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create visually stunning exhibits
  • Produce 3-Dimensional computer generated images
  • Consult with clients on design requirements
  • Collect appropriate background and product information
  • Clarify design issues
  • Help to negotiate and establish budgets and timelines
  • Ensure that projects meet specifications, keep within budget and run to schedule
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and specialists, when proposing a concept
  • Attend product update meetings
  • Reply to questions from clients directly or through the client representative
  • Deliver final work to clients for review
  • Maintain awareness of current creative trends and influences
QUALIFICATIONS:
